Job Summary:
In this role you will be working on testing for various HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors etc. You will be responsible for executing test scripts to identify defects in the system and raise them for resolution. This role requires good communication skills along with strong technical acumen to understand the business requirements and test the same using available tools.

Job Responsibilities:
• Execute functional tests on HR systems like Workday & SAP SuccessFactors
• Identify defects based on business requirements & provide clear explanations of issues found
• Create & maintain defect reports
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified defects
• Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) phases
• Developing & maintaining test documentation such as test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, test schedules, and test results.

Job Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies & processes
• Experience in executing functional tests on HR systems
• Proficient in creating test scripts & test data
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret test results & report defects clearly
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team
• Knowledge of Agile/SDLC methodology
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in functional testing of HR systems
