Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Manager for Unilever Foundry (UF). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing leadership development programs aimed at developing the next generation of leaders within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop leadership development programs tailored to the needs of the organization, including both virtual and in-person initiatives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment of leadership development efforts with organizational goals.
• Identify and leverage relevant assessment tools to evaluate leadership competencies and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the execution of leadership development programs, ensuring effective delivery and evaluation of outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on leadership development opportunities available within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and apply them to enhance the effectiveness of the organization's leadership development efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development roles within large organizations.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and executing leadership development programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methods.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
