Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR Services in alignment with business needs, while maintaining compliance with global policies and local regulations. This includes providing guidance on HR processes, managing employee relations issues, ensuring accurate data management, conducting training programs, and implementing various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and wellbeing.

Job Responsibilities: • Provide advice and support to line managers on all aspects of people management including recruitment, performance management, talent development, reward & recognition, learning and development, and succession planning.
• Work closely with senior leaders across the organization to develop strategies for addressing specific human resources challenges.
• Ensure appropriate systems are in place to measure and track human resources metrics.
• Identify trends and areas of improvement related to human resources activities and propose solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at upskilling employees and preparing them for future roles within the organization.
• Drive continuous improvements in HR processes and practices through regular review and analysis of HR metrics.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting human resources functions.

Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
• Knowledge of organizational development principles and change management methodologies.
