Brief Summary: This position provides support for all aspects of recruitment within the Global Business Services (GBS) Recruitment Team including coordinating interviews, managing candidate profiles, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, updating databases and supporting projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the interview process for various positions across multiple sites by liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in various systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and MS Excel.
• Assist in generating reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track progress against goals.
• Manage candidate profiles by updating resumes, cover letters, and assessments in our internal database.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between hiring managers and potential candidates.
• Prepare agendas and take minutes during team meetings.
• Update policies and procedures related to recruitment processes.
• Support special projects as assigned by the Recruitment Manager or Sr. Recruitment Specialist.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates Degree plus relevant experience considered.
• Experience: At least 1 year of administrative/coordinator experience required. Preferred experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with Workday system preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization skills, time management skills, multi-tasking ability, and customer service orientation are essential. Excellent communication skills (oral & written), active listening skills, and problem solving skills required.
• Other: Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, think critically, and solve problems creatively. Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and challenges. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
