Unilever Professional is the B2B arm of Home care, we are the youngest team of HC (created in 2019) with a strong track record of growth and an even bigger ambition: building a €1bn professional cleaning business by 2030.
This will be achieved by putting our operator at the core of everything we do and bringing our purpose to life: Making Clean and Cleaners matter. We are focusing on designing an operator centric portfolio, route to market and operating model suited for the channel. Our strategic focus is to bring performing & simple cleaning solutions to 4 main operator groups: restaurants, hotels, offices and launderettes. The business started in EU, Brazil, and Vietnam and has now spread across markets in North & South America, Asia, ANZ and South Africa.
It will be exciting and rewarding journey to participate in building the future of Professional HC. We are looking for an ambitious, capable marketer who can act as intra-preneur.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Develop a deep understanding of our operator groups, gather actionable insights and turn them into solution solving true operators’ needs.
Own the project management process and lead the cross-functional team for delivery of the projects OTIF.
Partner with the cross-functional team to deliver our future-fit portfolio: bringing superior products to the operators, reducing complexity, restoring margins.
Responsible for the coordination of EU Investor Board and Sprint Reviews, tracking the EU innovation funnel.
Craft clear and effective perfect launch plan in collaboration with local markets and trade-marketing team to ensure a successful launch of our innovations/transformation projects in EU.
Co-leads with the comms team the OET (Operator Experience Toolkits) for EU innovations and brand equity campaigns which includes digital first Key touchpoints ensuring perfect operator journeys.
Gets on the frontline and connects with local teams to ensure all initiatives are operator-relevant and customer-relevant. Ensures that best practices travel across markets.
Collaborate with EU central team to coordinate EU Community Calls and cascades, defining the agenda, organizing the meetings and following up on actions.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE
A self-starter, hands on professional, with a strong accountability and bias for action.
The ability to work confidently with multiple cross functional teams across geographies, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholders influencing abilities.
A holistic marketing skill set, with as much passion for strategy & creative development as execution and financials with a focus on growth mindset & bias for action
Strong project management skill is key for this specific role. A successful candidate is expected to turn deep operator insights into a successful project launch.
Strong stakeholder management skills – able to effectively communicate with cross functional teams, leadership team, local and global teams.
Financial acumen for creating business cases and reviewing performance vs. business case targets.
In addition, the right candidate will be highly motivated and capable of leaning in to support the team on wider portfolio tasks.
THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
+5 years’ experience across marketing disciplines: brand management, product innovation.
Project management and strong knowledge of financials is also required.
Budget management
Fluent in English
Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
