The Sr. Trade Marketing Executive at HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales, market share, and brand visibility within assigned channels and customer segments. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and external partners to achieve commercial objectives.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and sales strategies for various channels (e.g., modern trade, general trade, e-commerce).
* Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional activities, merchandising initiatives, and in-store campaigns to maximize ROI.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and challenges for trade marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support product launches and promotional activities.
* Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
* Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are consistently applied across all trade activities.
* Contribute to the development of annual business plans and quarterly reviews.
* Identify and implement innovative trade marketing solutions to enhance brand presence and drive consumer engagement.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably with a large multinational company.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Strong understanding of retail environments, channel dynamics, and customer segmentation.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving commercial success.
