Job Summary:**

The HR Data Specialist Manager at Unilever United States, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing the integrity, analysis, and strategic utilization of HR data to drive informed decision-making and optimize HR operations. This role will lead a team focused on data governance, reporting, and advanced analytics.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead and mentor a team of HR data specialists, fostering a culture of data excellence and continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement robust data governance policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all HR data.
* Oversee the collection, aggregation, and analysis of HR data from various systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
* Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, and other HR initiatives.
* Partner with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable reporting and analytical solutions.
* Ensure data privacy and security protocols are strictly adhered to in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
* Drive continuous improvement in HR data management processes, tools, and technologies.
* Provide training and support to HR teams on data literacy and the effective use of HR analytics tools.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in HR data analytics and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in HR data analytics, HRIS, or a similar data-focused role within an HR department, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
* Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and strong understanding of HR data structures.
* Expert proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
* Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experience with predictive modeling techniques.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for various audiences.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data security.
* Experience in a large, complex, multinational organization is a plus.
