Finance Professional – Algemeen Pensioenfonds (APF)

OVER UNILEVER ALGEMEEN PENSIOENFONDS (APF):

Stichting Algemeen Pensioenfonds Unilever Nederland (Unilever APF) voert de pensioenregelingen van Unilever Nederland uit en beheert dus alleen de pensioenen van (oud-)medewerkers van Unilever. Het Unilever APF bestaat uit twee kringen: Progress en Forward. In kring Progress zijn de pensioenen ondergebracht van circa 19.000 medewerkers, oud-medewerkers en pensioengerechtigden die vóór 1 april 2015 zijn opgebouwd. Vanaf 1 april 2015 bouwen de circa 2.500 medewerkers van Unilever pensioen op in kring Forward.

HET TEAM:

Team Finance bestaat uit 2 personen. Het team Finance zorgt binnen het Unilever APF ervoor dat de financiële administratie op orde is. In deze functie ga je een grote bijdrage leveren aan onze financiele administratie, het opstellen van periodieke rapportages en het jaarverslag. Er is veel contact met de andere afdelingen van het fonds, uitbestedingspartijen en leveranciers. In totaal zijn er ongeveer 25 medewerkers die door Unilever gedetacheerd zijn aan Unilever APF.

DE BAAN:

De pensioenwereld staat niet stil. Er zijn elke dag nieuwe ontwikkelingen op pensioengebied. De verandering van het pensioenstelsel in Nederland zal voor ingrijpende wijzigingen zorgen in de pensioenregeling van Unilever.
Hierbij is jouw mening en deskundigheid belangrijk. Een aantal van jouw taken en activiteiten zijn:

• Het verwerken van inkoopfacturen tot aan het zorgdragen van betalingen;

• Het opstellen van verkoopfacturen en het verzorgen van btw aangiftes;

• Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de juistheid van de financiële administraties;

• Behalen van doelstellingen met betrekking tot performance en kwaliteit;

• Belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen, rapportages voor toezichthouders en andere financiële verantwoordingen; en

• Optimaliseren en implementeren van financiële en administratieve processen, samen met je collega’s.

OVER JOU:

• HBO-werk en denkniveau in de richting van economie en/of accounting;

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen de financiële dienstverlening;

• Goed in staat in teamverband te werken, maar zeker ook zelfstanding;

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in Nederlands als Engels;

• Kennis van pensioenen;

• Pro-actieve werkhouding en bereidheid je verder te ontwikkelen;

• ‘Exact’ kent voor jou weinig geheimen;

• IT-affiniteit en Excel skills zijn belangrijk;

• Accuraat en cijfermatig sterk onderlegd;

• Communicatief sterk, performance gericht, gedreven om zaken te verbeteren; en

• Pragmatische instelling.
