We are seeking a Brazil Markets Home Care Coodinator to manage innovations, cutting-edge solutions, manage high-impact spends and shape the future of Inorganics our brands and products. If you are an experienced and passionate Procurement professional, this is the role for you.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

This role is critical in supporting key ambitions for Unilever, including:

  • Enhancing core brands: Contribute to the development of superior Chemicals formulations and packagings that elevate our top brands and drive consumer preference.

  • Driving innovation: Support the execution of multi-year innovation projects, ensuring high-quality market implementation.

  • Optimizing cost and sustainability: Identify and implement initiatives that improve cost efficiency while aligning with Unilever’s sustainability goals.

  • Supporting digital transformation: Apply digital tools and data-driven approaches to optimize packaging development and processes.

  • Fostering a high-performance culture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, share best practices, and support talent development within Procurement Community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the global strategy, ensuring alignment with global goals and priorities.

  • Lead Global Negotiations, looking for global synergies with other portfolios to enhance opportunities.

  • Manage and execute projects across the region, driving innovation, sustainability, and process optimization (5S) initiatives.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders managers to ensure consistency and synergy across regional programs.

  • Identify and apply best practices in for sustainable solutions, enhancing efficiency and business impact.

  • Support the technical and professional development of the team, fostering continuous learning and skill enhancement.

  • Strengthen connections with other teams, sharing knowledge, innovations, and improvement opportunities.

  • Partner with global and local functions, including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Suppliers, to ensure efficient project execution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Experience in a similar role within a leading multinational consumer goods company, developing and implementing successful strategies that drive growth and cost efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and regulations.

  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English are required.

  • Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.

  • Operational computer skills (MS Office, PowerBI, SAP).
