Summary of Job:
The Talent Acquisition team supports all Unilever businesses by attracting and hiring great people to join our teams globally. We work closely with hiring managers across the business to understand their needs and find the right talent for their teams. The Talent Acquisition team also develops strategies to enhance the employee experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide solutions
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers
• Manage multiple open requisitions at any given time
• Support diversity initiatives through recruitment practices
• Source candidates using various methods (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, internal referrals)
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for role requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates
Qualifications for the Role:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
• Experience working as a corporate recruiter within a large organization or agency
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools
• Background check experience and clearances are required for this positionturkey
