Job Purpose:
As part of the new Ice Cream organisation, the Talent, Learning and Organisation (TLO) Partner will be a key member of the Global TLO team. This team defines, designs, and builds the capabilities, culture, interventions, and frameworks that drive business growth and provide the world-class expertise we need to leverage to make the new Ice Cream company more competitive.
As part of our design principles, we have specific roles that partner dedicated geographies to ensure that we align and deliver the right interventions and have an end-to-end deployment approach, while also ensuring that we integrate geography insights into the development of global solutions.
As such, we have an opportunity for a Talent, Learning & Organisation (TLO) Partner for METSA (Middle East, Türkiye, South Asia). This role will work in close partnership with the regional Head of HR and the Country HR Teams, and will report into the Global Talent TLO Lead focussing on end-to-end delivery and implementation of integrated TLO initiatives in the region, while also working on global TLO priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the regional TLO strategy in alignment with global objectives, driving initiatives to enhance talent management, learning, and organisational development within the region.
- Partner with the regional HR Lead to ensure TLO initiatives support overall HR and business strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent and learning needs.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate TLO programmes and interventions, monitoring and reporting on their effectiveness, and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Engage with key stakeholders to promote TLO initiatives and support change management, facilitating workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities.
- Represent the region in global TLO forums and discussions, contributing to global TLO projects and initiatives, ensuring regional perspectives are represented.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management, learning, and organisational development, implementing innovative solutions to enhance the TLO function.
- Deploy and land interventions supporting the TLO agenda (e.g., Performance Management, Culture, Learning Interventions, Leadership Growth framework), working with global team to ensure the best design in line with principles and external benchmarks.
- Support deployment activities across key strategic talent pools and provide advisory on functional talent pools.
- Own deployment of leadership and learning at scale with deployment support from HRBPs.

- Innovation mindset and creativity in developing solutions.
- Familiarity with global learning and talent platforms (e.g., Workday, Workday Learning, LMS systems) is a plus.
Experiences We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or organisational development and a total of minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
- Proven track record of leading Talent, Learning & Organisation initiatives in a regional or global capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
