This position is for an Associate Brand Manager of Experiential on Nexxus. This role will be responsible for local marketing strategy and execution.

The person who will be successful in this position is motivated, engaged, and passionate about developing consumer experience that build desire and impact. They should view marketing through a social first lens.

Who You Are & What You Will Do:

The Associate Brand Manager, Experiential(Associate Experience Lead), Nexxus will need to bring a dynamic attitude and passion to:

  • - Lead in development of strategy and execution for brand experiential events
  • - Bring social first lens to strategy
  • - Work with inter-agency and cross-functional teams to create and execute best in class marketing programs to deliver against brand objectives
  • - Leverage data to uncover powerful insights and growth opportunities for the brand, driving insight into action
  • - Lead cross functional teams to launch special packs, gifting, and display opportunities for flawless in-store execution


What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred with 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or management required. Experience and passion in beauty/personal care preferred.
  • Experience leading consumer marketing programs; strong knowledge of the digital and social landscape and direct experience leading digital driven and PR programs.
  • The candidate must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind set and strong bias for action with proven results leading and motivating internal cross functional teams and external partners.  
  • The successful candidate will have good judgement, strong resilience and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of the US retail environment, direct retail customer experience and digital marketing and/or branding experience preferred.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
