The Global Dove Deo Brand Development team is a dynamic, results-oriented and welcoming team of people, operating in a high-performance environment that offers a great opportunity to develop as a marketing and business leader. 

We’re looking for an Associate Brand Manager to lead key innovation development activities & support a Global Brand Manager in the development and execution of innovation and advertising communication projects for the U.S. This position offers a great opportunity to demonstrate independent leadership and clearly ownable deliverables.

JOB PURPOSE

In this position, you will work to shape and achieve long and short & long-term business goals for Dove’s Whole Body Deo range, including the ambitious growth plan established by the brand, both from an equity and innovation perspective. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who derives energy creating magic through outstanding mix craftsmanship, while working to identifying growth opportunities with US customers. The role provides opportunity for development and exposure as you will work closely with the Dove Deo Leadership team in one of the most strategic cells in the Unilever deodorants business. 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Support the Development of a Breakthrough 2026 Campaign: Create an advertising campaign rooted in culture for Dove Whole Body Deo in 2026. This will involve managing multiple agency partners and a cross-functional team to build a cohesive ecosystem for the campaign across channels and content pillars., including social and eCommerce.
  • Work alongside brand leaders to strategize future growth: Partner to develop the 2027+ whole body deo platform and mix to drive premiumization and growth for Dove Deo, optimizing the mix in its fourth year.
  • Ensure Excellence in Market Execution: Deliver outstanding mixes with craftsmanship and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) precision.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred but not required 
  • 3+ years of brand marketing experience preferred
  • Project Management skills. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and/or agencies
  • Campaign development experience (on agency or brand-side) and strong storytelling skills, with a passion for creating impactful advertising
  • As a plus, previous experience with innovation mix development, including an understanding of the brand development levers (i.e. consumer behavior & trends, formulation, fragrance, packaging, artwork)
  • Comfort with data analysis. Nice to have: experience building growth and financial assumptions for product launches

  • An eye for aesthetics & beauty – in and outside the deodorant category

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
