Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to deliver cost effective HR solutions for all business units in Vietnam while ensuring alignment with global standards and policies. This position will provide advice and guidance on all human resources issues to managers and employees within the organization. The incumbent will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic human resources plans aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing human resources policies, procedures, and practices;
• Providing expertise on organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, etc.;
• Supporting the implementation of performance management system across the organization;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations;
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to human resources activities;
• Identifying areas for improvement in current human resources processes and implementing necessary changes;
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent application of human resources policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in multinational companies;
• Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and techniques;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
• Ability to analyze complex human resources issues and develop creative solutions;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
