Whatyoucanexpectfromtherole?
Generateanintegratedvolumedemandplan(0-24monthsrolling)forhis/herportfolio based on demand driversfor both short-term S&OE and medium to long term S&OP.
Analyzeactualization of demand drivers byreviewing historicalsalesanddataatappropriatelevelofdetailandhorizon (Actualvs.Plan) and coordinating with cross functions including CSP, CDE, marketing, CMI, etc to understanddrivers performance.
Generate baseline forecasting including understandinghistorical sales,cleaningdata,applyingstatisticalmodels & machine learning.
Identify and reconcile adhoc volume formanaging risksandopportunities.
Coordinate with MSO planner to monitorcustomerserviceperformance
KPI’sReporting(ForecastBIAS,Accuracy,etc) & deep dive analysis for root cause and improving actions.
OperateKinaxis and Splanner as DPkeyuser.
Demand movementtracking, highlightkeyvariancesandadjust forecastsaccordingly.
Createsvolumeforecastsfornewproducts/innovations, special packsjointlywithmarketing & CSP team
Deploy new demand planning tools/ digital initiatives including machine learning/ Anaplan to continuously improve forecast quality.
Together with SC planning manager to improve S&OP effectiveness and forecast quality.
