JOB PURPOSE:
Join our team as an Asset Control Supervisor where you'll oversee the seamless management of assets, procurement, logistics, and compliance. This role ensures the efficient deployment of cabinets, motorcycles, and other assets while handling purchase orders, insurance renewals, and registration processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MBC Deployment & Logistics
- Track and manage new cabinet deliveries to distribution centers.
- Plan and coordinate transportation schedules.
Procurement & Purchase Orders
- Process POs and receipts for transportation expenses and new asset acquisitions in Coupa.
Asset Management & Compliance
- Maintain asset records, import serial numbers, and track approvals in CCS.
- Ensure accurate registration, insurance renewals, and legal documentation.
Motorcycle Transfers & Bidding
- Manage motorcycle transfers, monitor sales and eligibility, and prepare ownership documents.
- Oversee bidding processes for aging motorcycles, ensuring compliance with disposal procedures.
Barcode & Data Maintenance
- Generate and assign barcodes for three-wheel equipment and cabinets.
- Maintain accurate records for tracking and auditing.
Legal & Administrative Tasks
- Issue power of attorney documents for legal matters.
- File and process insurance and tax payments for vehicles.
File & Delivery Management
- Update registration numbers, engine details, and barcode records.
- Oversee distribution of metal license plates.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1-2 year of related policies/procedures control with distributors related experienced.
- Ability to engage with cross function and having influence skill.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to embrace change and to adapt new strategies
- Strong communication, time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of asset tracking systems (CCS, SAP, Coupa).
- Familiarity with procurement, logistics, and compliance processes.
- Passion to win with growth mindset.
