JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

•  Work on physical execution of Digital transformation initiatives. This would include working with Site’s production/Engineering Stake holders to execute hardware/software changes on site to serve the site’s digital transformation agenda. Some examples of executional tasks could be:
  • Develop software applications to communicate with hardware on the site.
  • Integrate pre-existing software modules together and/or with newly developed components.
  • Preform upgrades on pre-existing software applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/connectivity problems.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of various software systems.
• Act as a point of contact to offer basic troubleshooting for hardware/software affiliated with site’s Digital infrastructure.
• Be responsible to coordinate with internal factory stakeholders within the design and implementation phase of digital transformation projects.
• You are likely to be a good fit in this role if you love to get on to execution with hardware/software tools in own hands.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Other Skills:

• Ability to Communicate/read/write in English language.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing software program in any programming language (e.g. .NET/C# or Python) is a must.
• Basic understanding of computer networks/IP Addressing/General Network hardware.
• Basic understanding of Electrical wiring/cabling.

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Electronics or a similar field with 0-2 years of experience in the Software Development/Manufacturing/Automation field.
