Position Title: Supply Chain Finance Manager – HC and Capex
Location: Minburi Factory


The Supply Chain Finance Manager for HC and Capex is a key role in supporting the Home Care factory and managing Capital Expenditures at the Minburi factory. This role requires close collaboration with the Home Care factory and Capex teams. This position supports the HC FBP in actual/forecast/saving reports and cost analysis while directly owning Capex cost management. Additionally, this role manages month-end closing, including cost allocation of supply chain indirect costs, co-packer cost, stock count, and the publication of relevant reports. This position reports directly to the Thailand Supply Chain Finance Lead.


Responsibilities:

  • Support HC factory finance and supply chain to drive production expense and material waste cost efficiency by publish reports and discuss with relevant teams.

  • Involve in weekly cost governance meetings to present cost analysis information.

  • Support Factory Management team with key strategic business cases for investment decisions.

  • Ensure proper month-end close by reviewing cost and making accruals, JV posting and sundry invoices.

  • Prepare cost data to upload in the OP cycle.

  • Ensure factory controls are in place according to Unilever design and external audit requirements.

  • Own stock count process of the HC factory, including analysis of material waste and scrap factor.

  • Own Capex management for total Thailand including setting targets, reviewing phasing and forecasting with Engineering lead.

  • Coordinate with the factory to clear COGI every month-end.

  • Create and modify cost centers of Supply Chain via the MDG program.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.).

  • 5 years of experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally within Supply Chain Finance, Operations Finance, or Manufacturing Finance.

  • Relevant experience preferred (e.g., SAP system, FMCG, Industrial, Auditing, etc.).

  • Good analytical, mathematical, data analytic, and Excel skills.

  • Responsible, accountable, and cautious in ensuring financial accuracy.

  • A good team player with agility and positivity.

  • Possess good communication and presentation skills in Thai & English.
