A graduate programme that ignites the Leader in You.
The two to three-year graduate programme is a development experience designed to ignite the Leader in You. Over time, you will gain excellent exposure through rotations within and across functions in our business, as well as meaningful interactions with our Unilever leaders.

For Students

Gain work experience while you study.
The six-month internship will allow you to join us in the world of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) on a full time or part-time basis. You will get to work alongside highly experienced leaders and teams on real-life business challenges, providing you with excellent exposure, hands-on working experience and a head-start on your career – all while you’re studying.
Who is it for: Second to Penultimate-Year Students
Duration: 6 months (Jan – June or July – Dec)

An internship like no other.
The three-month internship programme is all about building your leadership skills and getting to know us and our business inside out. You will get to work on real-life projects with extensive coaching and support from a line manager, and if you perform well, you will also be fast-tracked to the final stage of assessments for the Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP).
Who is it for: Second to Penultimate-Year Students
Duration: 3 months (May – July)

The winning team of the local round will go on to represent Singapore in the Unilever Future Leaders’ League Global Finals in London!
