Unilever Future Leaders’ League

The Unilever Future Leaders’ League (FLL) is a global case competition which offers students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create real business impact on an actual Unilever business challenge. You will get the chance to represent the country and meet students from all over the world to exercise creativity, learn firsthand from Unilever leaders and unleash your potential to become a leader of the future.

This year, the Future Leaders' League business case challenge will focus on E-Commerce! You will get to activate the 2022 Beauty That Cares campaign, one of Unilever Beauty and Personal Care's biggest e-commerce campaigns, to drive sustainability and champion purpose in the way we do business.

Requirements:

The competition is open to teams of 3 from any university at any year level and program. We highly encourage diversity in your team composition. For more information, read the Terms and Conditions upon registration.
