UFLP is a program designed to prepare the students of today in becoming the leaders of future. This one-year program offers them a work environment where they get to perform challenging jobs enhanced through on the job training, learning and development. The program is open across all our functions, Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Marketing.

Requirements:
- Graduates or Final Year Graduates (Applicants should graduate during the year of their application).
- Having professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates applying for Customer Development should be willing to relocate anywhere within the country.
- Candidates applying for Supply Chain should be willing to relocate to our factory in Hetauda.

Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP)
The Unilever Leadership Internship Programme offers internship opportunities to master’s level students across all functions for a period of 3 months. During their internship, they work on real time projects to deliver business targets at large, while developing their professional skills by engaging with people across functions.

Unilever Student Ambassador Programme (UNext)
This is a student ambassador programme where selected students from different colleges are appointed to be the face of Unilever Nepal in their respective colleges for a period of 1 year. During this period, while developing their own employability skills and industry exposure, they deliver projects in their colleges in collaboration with us.
Duration – 1 year
Commitment - 5-6 Hours per month
