Schedule : Full-time

Overview

Quality is a key driver of competitive advantage in the Ice Cream business. Quality Management System plays a crucial role in embedding a strong culture of quality within the business unit, ensuring every product delivers the best experience and delights our consumers..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish clear quality policies and set measurable quality objectives aligned with organization goals.

  • Ensure that the E2E QMS is effectively implemented across all departments and processes (product safety & quality)

  •  Coordinate BG/ BU level external certifications (i.e.: FSCC 22000, Vegan, Organic..) and manage internal and external QMS audits.

  • Coordinate contracts and timelines with certificate bodies for BG and BU level

  • Ensure compliance with consumer /customer requirements, industry standards & Local Legislation

  • Provide a framework for continuous improvement and construct and execute quality assurance protocols

  • Ensure a live E2E “live QMS” where all procedures are embedded in the routine of all employees ( BG/BU/Local level)

  • Ensure QMS is integrated BG/BU and factory level, across all functions (i.e.,SC, R&D, Brand, Legal, HR, CD, Sales..)

  • Lead the Digital QMS Program integrated with the Business Digital Transformation Program

  • Connect QMS with the training program ( BG/BU/ local) and HR protocols

  • Develop Quality core training ( i.e.: onboarding/ change roles)

  • Providing guidance and support to team members

Professional Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards: Ensuring compliance with regulations such as c GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, ISO,  and local food labeling requirements.

  • Proven experience in quality management within Food companies, supplier quality management, and manufacturing process

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience as a quality leader / QMS

  • Experience in virtual teamwork.

  • Strong understanding of the wide range of quality management tools and experience in using them

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic,

  • Strong ability to work to deadlines and task prioritization

  • Auditing skills and clear understanding and ability to assess and act upon product safety, quality, efficacy, and compliance risks.
