Location: Remote / Barcelona Contract Type: Full-time & temporary contract Minimum Experience: 2 years in eCommerce, digital environments or sales Role Objective We are looking for a dynamic, commercial, and creative profile to strengthen our clients' presence across eCommerce and Quick Commerce platforms. This person will play a key role in activating Retail Media campaigns, coordinating digital visibility, and supporting Key Account Managers both in strategic planning and daily business operations. Key Responsibilities • Customer Relationship: Support and lead key relationships with customers. • Promotional Execution: Implement promotional and media plans on retailer websites, coordinating campaigns and creatives with CCD teams. • Retail Media Activation: Design and launch campaigns to drive visibility and sales, including banner creation and placement. • Creative Coordination: Manage the production of visual assets with our design studio. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign results, focusing on ROAS across platforms like Criteo and media agencies. • Sales & Business Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of sales performance, monthly reports, Cash-Up reviews, and key business drivers. • Data Insights: Analyze sell-out data to identify opportunities and improvements, including competitive benchmarking. • Support to Key Account Managers: Assist in daily business tasks and digital transformation initiatives for their clients. • Innovation & Opportunity Seeking: Stay curious and proactive—explore new ideas, benchmark best practices, and lead initiatives that inspire and generate business. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail media or sales • Strong commercial mindset, with a results-oriented approach and client-facing experience. • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis). • Basic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar). • High level of creativity and initiative to propose new ideas. • Valuable experience working with retail platforms • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
