THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Sales team at our headquarters in Barcelona (Viladecans).

You will support the Sales team in managing assigned accounts across the Personal Care, Beauty & Wellbeing, and Home Care categories, helping to build channel plans and implement and optimize category strategies.

You will work specifically within the PDM (Pharmacy/Drugstore/Parapharmacy) channel.

YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE BY:

- Preparing and leading client meetings, and ensuring follow-up to achieve objectives  
- Collaborating on the definition of customer plans  
- Ensuring flawless execution of those plans in coordination with Planning, Customer Service, Customer Finance, and Trade  
- Daily tracking of sales and stock levels  
- Analyzing financial and market data  
- Managing product assortment  
- Co-leading digital strategy and plans with the digital team for top PDM clients  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar  
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Go-To-Market  
- Proactive, driven, with leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities  
- Strong communication and influencing skills, and empathy towards clients
- Strong analytical abilities (market, financial, and P&L data)  
- Strategic thinking and sound decision-making  
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and PowerPoint skills  
- High level of English
