If you are eager to support the HR team with initiative and proactivity, and excited to tackle various HR-related topics while providing support to Spain and Italy, speaking both languages then this role is just for you!
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to HR executives. Policy and Procedure Documentation: Prepare and process paperwork related to HR policies and procedures. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries & concerns and assist in resolving conflicts. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by providing relevant data, such as attendance, leave, and overtime. Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees. HR Projects Coordination: Help coordinate HR projects and initiatives, particularly those related to the Productivity Plan & IC Separation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Previous HR Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
