Customer Business Development is the heart of our business and the biggest driver to win with people.

In a World that more than 50% of shopping decisions are made in the store, as part of the Customer Business Development team, you’ll ensure our brands are available wherever our customers are shopping Managing relationships with key retailers through skill and sensitivity makes all the difference. Our customers recognize the effectiveness of how our work drives our business and also theirs.

Who are we looking for?

Fresh graduates of Bachelor's or Master's Degree

Individuals, who have 0-2 years of work experience

Fluent in English

Strong analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

Performance Profile

As a Unilever Future Leader, you will gain a holistic understanding of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, while being immersed into the Big U culture. Through rotational assignments and mentorships, you will learn to hone your leadership skills, and shape your own career.
