JOB PURPOSE:
The Magnum Ice Cream Companyis the place where you can make your purpose a reality. We are looking for a professional that can take the responsibility for overseeing the distribution of Ice Cream products to all agencies across Mexico, ensuring optimal inventory levels to prevent supply disruptions while minimizing excess stock. The position also involves developing strategic initiatives to empower the sales team with enhanced selling capabilities. Additionally, the role manages the import and export operations, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to coordinate across diverse areas of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver Service, Stock, and Business Waste objectives according to the Magnum Ice Cream Company vision.
• Lead Supply Planning/Sourcing Planning under the new iOPS model
• Effectively coordinate operations with the operational roles HUB
• Coordinate supply crisis situations
• Generate production and materials resilience plans

Minimum 3 years of experience in operational roles within Customer Operations, preferably in Planning.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
