JOB PURPOSE

You´ll be responsible of running multiple processes of controls and metrics tracking related to the Financial Statements fair presentation and hygiene for all LATAM (excl. Brazil). Besides, you will have participation in the Periodic Meetings where you will be responsible of explaining the main movements of the month in the Balance Sheet to the Financial Controller as part of Financial Reporting. This role offers high level of exposure with different areas in finance teams in the business, GCAD and Global R2R PEC Team as well as interactions with different stakeholders in the business.

WHAT YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Financial statements analysis
  • Financial statements presentation to the Financial Controller
  • Responsible to coordinate and track relevant activities of our 3PSP
  • Participate in global projects for LATAM
  • Responsible to ensure compliance controls of GFCF / SCOA.
  • Coordinate with the country in the month end closing and take actions / corrective accounting plans where needed to comply with the Accounting Policy Manual.
  • Process review and setting of preventive actions to ensure controls compliance.
  • Communication with all financial areas to follow up changes to the balance sheet.
  • Participate in automation projects and digital reports.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree accounting / administrative (preferred)
  • Experience in Global Services Center (desirable)
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • 1 + year experience in Financial Analysis and Accounting
  • Financial Statements knowledge
  • Strong orientation to Continuous Improvement
  • Accountability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
