Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Marketing, CSP, R&D, and Supply Chain team on value creation opportunities (business cases) – offering financial recommendation and aligned with business objectives
• Analyse P&L movements, identify discrepancies, and recommend actions to meet financial goals
• Actively contribute to key business meetings (e.g., Investor Board, CCBT), offering financial insights and supporting preparation in alignment with commercial teams.
• Provide timely support to global and local finance teams on BU performance and other ad-hoc requests.
• Lead overall finance process related to category agenda, including but not limited to Pricing and Financial Master Data management

Experience & Classification:
• Relevant experiences preferred (e.g. FMCG, Finance Partnering, FP&A, etc.)
• Good commercial sense and logical intelligence with good financial/accounting understanding.
• Possess a balance of detail-orientation, data-driven approach, and storytelling capability.
• Responsible, accountable and cautious in ensuring financial accuracy.
• A good team player with agility, positivity and willingness to go the extra mile.

Skill:
• Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across stakeholders from differing functions.
• Excellent Microsoft office & excel, able to carry out analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, proactive, can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentation skill and conflict management.
