Main Responsibilities
Handle both Brand Building and Brand Development for Beverages Category.
Lead and deploy full 360 degrees marketing plan
Manage multi-channel marketing: Creating and driving marketing programs/campaigns across Retail and Ecommerce using both ATL and BTL working with a selection of agency partners.
Drive purpose for our brands through relevant touch points and grow relevant brands KPIs (SLP, Brand power, etc)
The Assistant Brand Manager needs to work with experts in market research, media, and digital to build and execute the annual marketing calendar.
Brand equity: ensure right visual identity & on pack claim optimization for our brands.
Support Innovation lead in developing share winning category strategy tapping into category understanding, homecare trends across different segments and deep understanding of consumers’ changing habits.
Take ownership, lead and project manage innovation/renovation/Net Revenue Realization projects working closely with the innovation engine to bring products to market OTIF including creating trade stories. This will need excellent project management skills and working closely with cross functional teams.
Regularly assessing consumer insights and competitor's movements and explore key opportunities accordingly.

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years + in Brand Building/Brand Development in FMCG
Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects.
Open-minded, practical creativity, and result oriented,
End to end marketing management, ability to understand the big picture but also comfortable with details and managing the operations
Skill
Strong business mindset, analytical power and good communication skill
Fluent in English speaking and writing.
Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with diverse, multi-functional stakeholders
