Job Summary:
This position will support all aspects of the Warehouse area. From receiving material to shipping finished product, the warehouse team plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing warehouse operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain processes.

Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Ensure all inventory levels are up-to-date by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies promptly.
· Manage Warehouse Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
· Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, logistics, and sales departments to coordinate efficient supply chain processes.
· Implement Efficiency Measures: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
· Monitor Inventory Control Systems: Utilize inventory control software to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and generate reports on inventory status.
· Conduct Regular Audits: Perform periodic audits to identify and correct any issues related to inventory accuracy or warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent
· Basic Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
· Good level of English language proficiency
· Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
