JOB PURPOSE

Act as the person responsible for the development, implementation, and governance of strategic logistics projects for the B&W category, focusing on cost optimization, operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. Will serve as the link between interface areas, proposing solutions and supporting initiatives that positively impact the supply chain and customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead logistics strategy projects from design to implementation, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the B&W category.
  • Lead B&W Logistic saving agenda, focusing on continuous improvement and cost reduction.
  • Develop logistics studies for optimization of transportation, warehousing, and distribution, including optimal pallet design (Design to Distribute) and network evaluation.
  • Understand performance indicators (KPIs) and overall costs, supporting operation in proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements.
  • Act as the focal point for partner areas (planning, customer service and others), promoting integration and synergy.
  • Support initiatives for innovation, digitization, and automation of logistics processes.
  • Actively participate in the digital transformation and sustainability process in the logistics chain.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bacheloor’s Degreed Completed in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Excel, Power BI and logistics management systems (SAP, OTM).
  • Analytical ability to deal with large volumes of data and transform information into insights.
  • Project management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
