JOB PURPOSE

Find your purpose at Unilever. You will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and support to the Personal Care business unit. Working closely with senior lawyers, you will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and manage legal risks effectively. You will learn from brilliant legal experts and colleagues in a truly global and diverse culture to ultimately become a better you.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Senior Legal Counsel with all legal matters related to the Personal Care Business Unit.
  • Assist in the management of commercial promotions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle and manage the consumer litigation portfolio, including investigating complaints and resolving disputes.
  • Provide legal support for various business activities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the personal care or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial promotions, consumer protection laws, and litigation management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is required.
