Executivo de Negócios para atuar com foco estratégico no desenvolvimento e gestão de parceiros Agentes de Distribuição no Estado de São Paulo. O profissional terá papel fundamental em aumentar a execução das categorias, expandir a capacidade de distribuição numérica e garantir a excelência na execução comercial, com atenção especial às batalhas prioritárias de cada categoria. Principais responsabilidades Gerenciar e desenvolver a relação com os agentes de distribuição, assegurando alinhamento estratégico e fortalecimento da parceria. Implementar planos de negócio que aumentem a presença das categorias BPC nos diferentes canais de venda. Garantir maior granularidade na execução, identificando oportunidades por região, canal e perfil de cliente. Expandir a distribuição numérica dentro do Estado de São Paulo, ampliando a cobertura e reduzindo gaps de execução. Conduzir negociações e acompanhar a performance dos parceiros, orientando melhorias e ajustes táticos. Monitorar KPIs de vendas, execução e distribuição, traduzindo dados em planos de ação claros. Atuar com foco nas batalhas prioritárias de cada categoria, assegurando visibilidade, disponibilidade e crescimento sustentável.
