JOB PURPOSE
The Supply Chain Financial Planning Coordinator (SC FP&A) supports the SC FP&A Manager in cost and financial reporting for all Business Units and markets (Brazil, Mexico, River Plate). This role partners with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, advance SCF FET transformation, deliver reliable self-service information, and develop data analytics for SCF Business Units and stakeholders.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Manage cash-up processes and oversee planning activities, including month-end closing, integrating data across all SCCs.
- Standardise and streamline the FP&A processes & calendar across all Business Units in line with requirements.
- Produce reports and data to support analytics and informed decision-making.
- Support change management throughout the transition to the above-market FET model, ensuring consistent approaches across Business Units.
- Contribute to the development of tools that enhance financial performance in Business Units.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimise financial processes and deliver reliable, self-service financial information to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain robust data analytics capabilities for SCF Business Units and stakeholders, promoting the adoption of the SCF FET transformation.
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities in FP&A processes to drive simplification.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degreed completed
- Experience in roles requiring advanced business partnering and synthesis of complex information
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex data
- Proficient in strategic financial management and collaboration
- Strong understanding of key financial processes
- Experience managing supply chain costs
- Expertise in design thinking to drive innovation and process improvement
