Planejar e realizar visitas aos pontos de venda com o objetivo de agregar e ajudar o time e o cliente com atingimento das metas e execução; Gerir e capacitar pessoas, ter facilidade e experiência em gestão de pessoas. Estreitar relacionamento agregando qualidade, confiança e agilidade na implementação das ações estratégicas estabelecidas pela Kibon; Adicionar valor à compra e à venda promovendo ensinamentos aos compradores sobre como aplicar e extrair ao máximo as soluções apresentadas; Prover suporte aos clientes por meio da plataforma online, efetuar o pedido se necessário e incentivar o canal digital; Monitorar vendas através de KPIs, como: meta do dia, inovações, sortimento ideal, frequência de compra, ticket médio, market share, loja brilhante, positivação, disciplina em rota etc. Bom planejamento, com facilidade para analisar relatórios e situações do dia a dia para resolução dos problemas, disciplinado e comprometido, pensamento positivo e focado na entrega das metas; Facilidade em interagir e se conectar com outras áreas e pessoas, ter dor de dono em suas atividades, mas com empatia e respeito ao próximo.
