JOB PURPOSE
This role exists toact as thefinancial business partner for the Supply Chain team, leadingcost planningfor theBeauty & Personal Care category in CARICAM. The role works closely with stakeholders across multiple geographies, supporting the development of new projects and innovations from a strategic financial perspective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and implementation of performance management frameworks across CARICAM BPC brands, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Business partnering with category team to drive forecasting accuracy, target setting, and delivery of financial KPIs.
Leading transfer prices analyses process ( Imports – Exports).
Leading all GRIR process in SCC, schedule and alignment with P2P teams.
Identify and track KPIs, proactively flagging risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in performance reporting and SCF digital HUB, leveraging digital tools and data analytics to enhance decision-making.
Coordinate and execute month-end activities and forecasting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to Unilever corporate teams.
Drive the analytics agenda, integrating financial and non-financial data to generate insights that enhance resource allocation across supply chain cost.
Provide ad hoc support to business activities, including financial analysis and integration planning, as needed.
Guide the team to support their professional growth and development.
Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Act as a key liaison with category finance teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
Build strong relationships with brand leadership teams to support performance delivery and integration efforts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in performance management, financial planning & analysis, or corporate strategy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, decentralised, and entrepreneurial environment.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
Experience with digital finance tools and data visualisation platforms to drive automation and enhance reporting capabilities.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand brand dynamics, market trends, and commercial levers that influence performance.
Track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency, particularly in performance reporting and planning cycles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience, with a focus on supply chain/operations finance. CPG experience preferred.
Strong understanding of financial analysis & reporting, including budgeting, forecast, and variance analysis.
