EUROPE REWARD SPECIALIST – FRANCE-SPAIN-PORTUGAL-UKRAINE

DATE AND TYPE OF CONTRACT: temporary contract 6 months with possibility to permanent contract to be assessed - starting asap
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Unilever HR team and attached to the Europe Reward Manager within the Global Reward Team, your missions will be for France, Spain, Portugal and Ukraine :
- participate in the development and implementation of various studies/surveys related to compensation, benefits and international mobility, their analysis and the implementation of recommendations for the HR teams of the 4 countries;
- collaborate and advise the HRBPs/PELs/TAs of the 4 countries regarding reward issues;
- participate in the implementation of innovative European and Global projects in terms of reward (ex: packages redesigned, new shareholding plans ...);
- participate in the preparation of the annual review of salaries and bonuses;
- develop and implement the communication of the remuneration and benefits package for the various stakeholders in the 4 countries;
- responsible for updating the global Reward tool for the 4 countries: My Reward,
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Student in business school or university equivalent, you ideally justify a first experience (internship included) in Human Resources in an international environment;
- You have a taste for numbers and a developed analytical sense;
- Organized and responsive, you know how to manage priorities and demonstrate dynamism and enthusiasm;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and good integration skills in a virtual Global team, with stakeholders in the 4 countries;
- Your French & English level are fluent; Spanish is a +
- You master the Office Pack in addition to an advanced Excel mastery& Power BI skills.

DATE ET TYPE DE CONTRAT : contrat temporaire de 6 mois avec possibilité d'évolution en contrat à durée indéterminée –début au plus vite
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Au sein de l'équipe RH d'Unilever et rattaché au Responsable Europe Reward au sein de l'équipe Global Reward, vos missions seront pour la France, l'Espagne, le Portugal et l'Ukraine :
- participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de diverses études/enquêtes liées à la rémunération, aux avantages sociaux et à la mobilité internationale, à leur analyse et à la mise en place de recommandations pour les équipes RH des 4 pays ;
- collaborer et conseiller les HRBP/People Partner/Talent Partner des 4 pays sur les questions de Reward ;
- participer à la mise enœuvre de projetseuropéens et mondiauxinnovantsentermes de rémunération (ex :transparence des rémunérations...) ;
- Participer à la préparation de la révision annuelle des salaires et bonus ;
- Participer au lancement annuel du plan d’actionnariat salarié
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la communication de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux pour les différentes parties prenantes et les pays;
- responsable de la mise à jour de l'outil global d’informations Reward pour les 4 pays : MyReward,
COMPÉTENCES QUE VOUS DEVRIEZ AVOIR
- Etudiant en école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire, vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience (stage inclus) en Ressources Humaines dans un environnement international ;
- Vous avez le goût des chiffres et un sens de l'analyse développé ;
- Organisé et réactif, vous savez gérer les priorités et faites preuve de dynamisme et d'enthousiasme ;
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de bonnes capacités d'intégration dans une équipe mondiale virtuelle, avec des parties prenantes dans les 4 pays ;
- Votre niveau de français et d'anglais est fluide ; L'espagnol est un +
- Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office en plus d'une maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de compétences Power BI.
