WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

I. INNOVATION PROJECTS

• Ensure all SC aspects are delivered during different project stages such as sourcing, procurement, investment and capability/capacity.

• Ensure effective communication with peers & stakeholders in different organization of Marketing, Research & Development (R&D), Planning, Procurement, Quality Assurance (QA) and Factories.

• You will represent E2E supply chain in all projects which requires number of competencies: influencing, convincing, presentation, bring the bad message. This requires a certain level of self-confidence, drive and asking for empowerment.

II. PORTFOLIO & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

• Coordinate data collection & analysis to develop Portfolio Strategies in alignment with marketing and R&D.

• Support migration of the current to the future portfolio; identify with marketing/R&D the trends & requirements in consumer & customer needs and translate in required SC capabilities.

• Monitor and analyzing portfolio healthiness in terms of number of products in/out, critical volumes & technical aspects in alignment with aligned thresholds.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

ESSENTIAL:

• Ideally 3 to 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, SC or R&D covering quality, source, make and plan.

• Financial awareness / cost understanding.

• Team player with excellent communication skills, experience and skilled in projects (member/lead)

• Influencing and convincing

NICE TO HAVE :

• Project management Skills

• Understanding of Finance / Quality in Innovation for Manufacturing

• SAP PLM – Interspace Skills

• Understanding of the materials conversion processes

• Good knowledge of process and technology / equipment associated with an FMCG company
