Salary: 44-64 K gross per year depending on background and experience.

You are the go-to-person for:
HR colleagues & the Unilever business and support and guide them in all queries relevant to salary, processes, payments
You contribute to the monthly payroll tasks and assist your HR colleagues where needed, while you work closely with our external partners (payroll provider, UWV etc.) and our HR Benelux Hub team based out of Egypt.
You add value by ensuring our employee experiences, through our Core HR processes, are continuously improved, simplified or automated.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Monitoring & supporting during all monthly payroll processes, tasks and transactions to achieve 100% payroll timeliness and accuracy, in collaboration with our third party payroll provider.
Advising our HR community & Business on Benefits & Payroll related topics and queries
Working with the other HR Specialists and in projects to get the work done and make sure all output in Payroll is correct.
Working together with Unilever Hub to improve end to end processes and data quality.
Ensure that our HR administration is up to date and accurate, including claims, employee loans or (advance)payment agreements
Process all type of leaves and government requests (WAZO):
Maternity leave/ paternity leave
Parental leave
Long term sick leave
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
You should be passionate about hiring the best talent, delivering world class experience to candidates on their key moments, networking, and building Unilever businesses through recruitment.
EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum required: 4 years of demonstrated experience in HR processes, preferably at a global business in FMCG and international environment.
PDL Certification: Candidates must possess a Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL) or be willing to undertake this training.
Have proficient and broad understanding of Payroll & HR systems, processes, and 3rd party providers;
Knowledge with (HR) information systems. Knowledge of Workday is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Dutch Labour Laws is an advantage.
Relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Fluency in English, Dutch is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, HR systems (Workday, SAP).
Great with Excel (e.g. Formula’s, V-Look up, Reports, Pivot tables).
Agility & Resilience working in a dynamic global company, with a big stakeholder landscape
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, both on an operational and strategic level.
Ability to influence with data and insights.
