Join the European & Benelux Digital Commerce team in Nutrition and collaborate to grow the business! The CSP Strategy, Insights and Digital Commerce team for Benelux & Europe foods is responsible for crafting a new direction for our foods business and the team aims to secure Unilever Nutrition's success in Digital Commerce within our top six EU markets. It is an integral part of the EU & Benelux Nutrition CSP team, which focuses on developing customer growth plans for our leading customers across Europe and Benelux. Digital Commerce is the fastest expanding channel in Nutrition Europe and holds a crucial role in the strategic agenda of this business unit.

Your role within the team will be to partner with marketing, customer development, and category teams to align omni-channel strategies with brand innovation and category plans. You will play a role in developing new ways of working for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, embedding omni-channel readiness into our long-term strategic plans, and collaborating with marketing, customer development (CBD), and category vertical teams.

Besides that you act as the linking pin between Benelux and European teams, contributing to the broader CSP Strategy, Insights, and Digital Commerce agenda while maintaining a strong focus on local market priorities.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

IBP

  • Help to improve our Benelux IBP process by steering insights into actionable plans

  • Co-create long-term strategic growth plans and share these in collaboration with the Vertical CSP teams and CBD colleagues with our top customers

  • Collaborate with category verticals to localize category growth strategies (CCGS) and co-develop objective category growth plans with customers.

  • Provide strategic input into range reviews to deliver customer-centric solutions for both online and offline shelves.

Execution & Shopper Marketing

  • Create shopper marketing strategy, based on shopper insights and analyses

  • Create scalable methodologies for shopper marketing activations and retail media programs in alignment with customer development strategies.

  • Define Execution standards at Category, Channel and Customer level

  • Lead and execute data improvements projects and share and implement learnings across the top six EU markets

  • Prioritization & Implementation in category plans

Digital Commerce

  • Deliver clear frameworks for Perfect Store Online (PSO) and Win the Shelf to ensure superior online presence, visibility, and share of shelf (SOS/SOV).

  • Leverage best practices from other countries towards Benelux and the other way around.

  • Partner with CBD teams to embed omni-channel readiness into customer joint business plans (JBPs) and innovation pipelines.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previously >3 year in experience in CSP/CBD/commercial role

  • Ability to translate data points into relevant insights and based on these draft concrete action points and define next steps to translate these into customer growth plans

  • Experience with working with data like Nielsen, IRI, GfK, etc.

  • Experience with working in a cross functional environment

  • Fluency in both English.
