JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing effective customer relationship and the full Order to Cash process, from order management to cash collecting including commercial agreements management and the related rebate processes, with a deep understanding of SAP ECC and financial reconciliation. A natural inclination for cross-functional collaboration (both internal and external) and problem-solving are essential. This role requires a creative and proactive approach and strong relationship/communication skills, the ability to face urgent issues even under pressure and to manage on average 120 e-mail x Day giving the right priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The resource will be responsible for: -Manage Off-Invoice agreements, including contracts, promotional invoices, and credit notes -Create and maintain customer agreements in SAP -Translate annual contracts and set up Off-Invoice conditions in SAP, considering beneficiaries, customer/product hierarchy, discount terms, and payment methods (CN or BB) -Reconcile agreements with Finance and CD Strategy teams for each new contract -Act as a key contact for CD regarding agreements, payments, and turnover -Act as a key contact for Accounts Receivable regarding agreements, payments, and turnover -Support audit controls related to Off-Invoice processes -Reconcile accounting entries with the general ledger -Produce ad hoc reports -Provide support to CD teams WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: SKILLS: -Fluency in English -Strong experience in managing customer relationship -Excellent knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools -Analytical skills and ability to perform financial reconciliations -Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration attitude -Precision, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in managing each step of Order to Cash process Solid background in finance or business administration Experience working with SAP systems in a commercial or financial context Previous collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, Customer Development) Experience in reporting and handling claims LEADERSHIP: • You are energized by providing fantastic results.
