JOB PURPOSE:

Support Operations Department objectives by keeping production equipment operating efficiently.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

  • Supervise the daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance inspections, conducts safety compliance inspections and maintains records of the production equipment

  • Purchase service of components used in the repair or preventative maintenance or equipment and facilities

  • Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause(s) and makes necessary adjustments or repairs

  • Seek new technologies and automation opportunities in lowering the overall cost of manufacturing

  • Responsible for facilities and Building maintenance.

  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of facility, as needed.

  • Lead PM pillar in WCM

  • Lead the maintenance and utility team

  • Work closely with the project team for new project and innovation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills:

  • Supply Chain Fundamentals

  • Production Planning & Scheduling
  • Quality Improvement Methodology
  • Stakeholder Management

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics (PLC), hydraulics, heating ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, welding, machining and fabricating.

  • Proficiency in trouble shooting the before listed categories

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical

  • 3 – 4 years experience in a similar role
