Job Summary:

  • The HR Services Lead is responsible for the day to day running of the HR Services team managing a team of HR Specialists to ensure requests are delivered to agreed service metrics relating to resolution times and quality. 

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with HR business partners, county teams, managers and leader across Magnum bringing the Voice of the Customer in and ensuring resources are aligned to critical activity and priority activity whilst balancing BAU activity

  • Responsible for delivering services to agreed budgets and aligned to service users' needs and expectations, identifying and delivering improvements and opportunities that support the overall HR operating model to be successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of HR Services Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and stabilization of services

  • Compliance: Ensure all HR Services activities comply with local laws and regulations, including tax and labor laws.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously review, identify, and improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, ensure smooth project progression and governance.

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders including Other Hub Service Line Leads, HRBP’s Country teams, Managers and Leaders

  • Project Management: Lead and deliver agreed projects

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in human resources or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR shared service sector

  • Skills:

    • Customer Experience

    • Data Analytics

    • Data Privacy and Governance

    • Stakeholder Management

    • Proficiency with tools like AdobeSign, ServiceNOW, PowerBI and Workday is a big plus

  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in multiple languages are highly desirable.
