We are currently seeking a new colleague to support our General Manager
This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the company’s leadership, gain insight into strategic business management, and actively contribute to building a positive company culture.
In addition, you will be responsible for internal communication and engagement across the company – from organizing internal events, conferences, visits from international teams, to preparing townhalls and other activities that strengthen team spirit.
This role can be a great steppingstone in your career and open doors to further opportunities within Unilever, whether in marketing, sales, or other areas.
You will play a key role in the following:
1. Executive Support
- Manage GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and review correspondence, emails, and official documents.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment on strategic initiatives.
3. Meeting & Event Management
- Organize leadership team meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Support planning of key business events, town halls, and external engagements.
4. Project & Task Management
- Track progress of strategic projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing business reviews, performance dashboards, and reports.
5. Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
What we expect from you:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Experience in coordination, project support, or administrative roles in a multinational or fast-paced environment (Executive Assistant experience is a plus but not mandatory).
Skills & Competencies
- Discretion & Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information.
- Languages: Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English (written and spoken).
- Organizational excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and written skills.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and digital collaboration tools.
- Business acumen: Understanding of commercial priorities and stakeholder management.
