Job Summary:
The Customer Development Specialist (CDS) plays a crucial role in executing marketing initiatives for the organization. This position focuses on providing support to the sales team by managing customer data, analyzing consumer insights, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. The CDS works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer data: maintain accurate records of customer information and update databases accordingly.
• Analyze consumer insights: study market trends, consumer behavior, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research: gather information on competitors, industry standards, and new product opportunities.
• Implement sales strategies: develop and execute plans to increase sales volume and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work with colleagues from various departments such as creative, production, and media to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance: track key metrics to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer development or sales support roles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in database management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
