Your responsibilities:
- Planning, organising and supervising production processes, including supervision of quality and timeliness of production
- Monitoring and maintaining factory-accepted production indicators (KPIs) at an agreed level
- Participating in the implementation of new technologies and products, as well as working with factory management to reduce factory-wide waste
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with other departments, including logistics, planning and quality, to achieve common goals
- Organising the work and development of the subordinate team
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at production sites and building a safety culture

Our requirements:
- University degree in production management and related majors
- Experience min. 3 years of experience in managing a production team 
- Practical knowledge of Lean Management methodologies and tools
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Knowledge of English at min. B2
- Quick reaction and resolution of problems as they arise
- Knowledge of quality and safety norms and standards
- Ability to manage a team and be communicative
- Efficient work organisation and decision-making skills 

Nice to have:
- Experience working in an FMCG company
