-Formação Técnica nas seguintes disciplinas: Mecânica, Mecatrônica ou Eletromecânica
-Conhecimentos em ferramentas básicas Office
-Responsável pela Operação, Manutenção, Reparos e Aperfeiçoamento dos Equipamentos de acordo com os treinamentos adquiridos
-Entrega das metas operacionais (Segurança, Saúde, Meio Ambiente, Qualidade, Produtividade, Custos, Nível de Serviço, Moral, Inovação e Sustentabilidade – PQSCDMIS)
-Seguir os padrões estabelecidos para entrega da produção e conduzir a melhoria contínua em conformidade com os requisitos legais da Unilever
-Analisar, resolver problemas e multiplicar conhecimento para os demais membros do time
-Liderar junto com o padrinho a implementação do pilar de atividade autônoma da área
-Dentre outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo
