Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

The Site Leader is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive performance of the site, ensuring flawless execution of daily operations in all areas. This role focuses on managing our warehouse and distribution center in Rentis, a multi-product (Non-Foods) FMCG operation with approximately 40 employees. The Site Leader reports directly to the SEE Logistics Manager.

Main Accountabilities

  • Deliver perfect execution of daily operations and ensure high-end Customer Service level day-in, day-out.
  • Preserve the high-Quality Standards of goods in warehousing.
  • Control the cost of the site and deliver operations cost targets according to budget plan.
  • Maintain stock integrity and deliver the operations efficiency targets of the site, including labor & warehouse utilization KPIs.
  • Maintain and enhance Safety in Operations and promote safety culture to ensure on-going zero accidents.
  • Interact internally with Logistics, Planning, People Operations, Quality, SHE, Finance, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, HR, regional Logistics, as well as external vendors.
  • Deliver the Energy consumption reduction and Sustainability targets of the site.
  • Advance and preserve personnel wellbeing in cooperation with HR/OH department.
  • Plan & execute building & equipment maintenance plan.
  • Propose and execute CAPEX plans and improvement projects.

  • Comprehension of quality, safety, environmental & other operations standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Academic background with BA in Business/Economics or Technical University.
  • MA in Logistics or other Supply Chain qualification is an advantage.
  • More than 3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and digital applications.
  • Fluency in Greek & English.
