Job description :

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including product license registration, metrology license, and product testing, while preparing necessary documents with the Marketing and Supply Chain teams. (28 licenses to renew in 2025)
• Handling Advance Number requests for Cho Bor Por licenses for upcoming ice cream projects and coordinating with officials to provide regulatory compliance advice, especially during brand transitions and new company setups, including PaddlePop Tangmo and other projects.
• Negotiating and collaborating with officials to transfer license rights from Unilever Cambodia to the ice cream company, or re-registering all licenses for ice cream when guidelines are clearer.
• Seeking exemption letters for IC labeling from officials and working with the Marketing team to update cabinet labeling to ensure compliance.
• Providing regulatory advice on ice business-related matters, including consumer promotions.
